About the Foundations Program The Goodrich Barber Foundations Program is a youth and community-based educational and mentorship program designed to introduce participants to the barbering profession. The program focuses on foundational skills, professionalism, discipline, and personal development. This program does not provide barber licensure or state clock hours and is not a substitute for a licensed barber training program. Participants who meet age and eligibility requirements may apply separately to the Goodrich Barber Academy Licensed Barber Program.
